Mani in Pasta – Tuscan Cooking Class

In the historic kitchen of Villa di Coeli Aula, guests are guided step by step to learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta using simple, genuine ingredients, just as it was once done in traditional home kitchens.

During the class, participants learn techniques, curiosities, and secrets passed down through rural culinary culture. At the end, everyone sits down together to enjoy the dish they have prepared, accompanied by wines from the winery, in a convivial and authentic moment.
